I hate people. Everytime I am surrounded by cars I am hovering over my horn, just waiting to blast it at any idiot who comes anywhere near me. I haven't had anything happen to my X yet (I hate that word "yet"), but I have had some close calls; almost got rear ended by a driver who wasn't paying attention and he had to run off on the shoulder to avoid plowing into me, someone almost side-swiped me on the highway when drifting over the lines, the list goes on and on. Just constantly scan around you and watch other drivers like a hawk! They are all idiots, remember that. Good luck guys, stay safe!

Same here...since my accident, anytime I see anyone reversing I'm prepared to honk.

Ouch sorry to hear that man, too bad there isn't a different jdm rear bumper like on the 9 to replace it. Then I would look forward to being rear ended, please no gay jokes.

heres the pic i promised...

its not really much of anything. all the brackets on the lower piece are broken ($350), theres some scratches and what not on the bumper cover ($500)... the muffler (aside from the tip being pushed back) has almost snapped off the straight pipe near the rear diff ($500)...

but who knows about the bumper support behind it all and anything else i cant see.

biggest concern i have is that about 5 inches back from the point of impact is all the sayc systems and lines... although since i can see them so clearly now if i pull the bottom piece down a bit, there appears to be nothing wrong with any of it.
