I think some one on here already has this. maybe he will chime in. I am looking into this as well. seems pretty sweet. the only problem may be that it will not show up on the NAV when the car is moving.

I had an original CAMP. Was quite cool but was pretty aged by the time I had it. I plan to get the new one for my IX.

Edit: Wow! The new CAMP2 uses the OBD2 port?? The old one had to be all hard wired right to the ECU and even then didn't show much until you added the add-on sensors. I'm impressed, this means I won't have to get an R-VIT!

I've been waiting to hear some good info on the CAMP 2, but nothing yet. Right now it seems the only PITA is that it won't run while the car is moving and even if you get a fix for that (through software or something), you can't listen to music while the CAMP is running. Apparently you'll need an additional sensor to run the boost monitor too. (All this according to what I've read on EvoXForums)

Very nice .. I love it .. Guess the set back is the angle of the DVD .. not really that good for the driving position ..

You need to get the sensor package to be able to read the other stuffs .. like Boost, Oil press, Oil and water temp, EGT etcetc.

You can select either analog gauges, digital or graph displays .. up to 6 readings can be displayed in digital ..

Guess the graphics is available on the website ?

The unit plugs to the AUX video/audio INPUT .. I'm sure it's not affected by the Navi unit .. since that disables DVD ??

my guess would be if you wanted to listen to music you would have to do it through an ipod

being you would have to be in aux mode

use the video in for the camp2
left and right in from the ipod should work just fine

just might not have some audible features of the camp 2 if there are any equip

I have an Alpine .. so I can select separate sources for sound and video ..with sound coming from either CD or Radio or NAV and video source from another location..
For Ipod on Aux.. you just take out the warning tones from the CAMP2 ..

Speed is zero. Once he starts moving the aux video will get cut I would suspect. Unless the hong kong MMCS software doesn't disable aux-in-motion

No, it never cut when I start moving. I paid an extra USD100 to modify the factory navi but I don't know what my technician had done on it.
