I don't know if this is the result of some person hitting and bending my driver side view mirror forwards, but now whenever i hit 45+ mph my mirror shakes. I could do 100 and my passenger side is perfectly fine. I just noticed it during my road trip down to VA and damn i got dizzy looking at it for a few seconds. Think a screw got loose somewhere? I hope it's something simple like that, so i can easily fix it.

 

reading just the title i immediately thought about your incident. if it wasnt there before i guess it woudl be safe to assume that the shaking was caused by it.

 

yeah... if i can't do it myself i'm going to ask the dealer to look into it on saturday since i'm going in for an oil change anyway.

 

My driver's side mirror shakes over about 60mph on the smooth highway - passenger side is fine. Am going to take it in soon for a replacement/repair - they should warranty it.

 

yeah I spoke with the dealer and they told me they've ordered a new mirror for me. So i'll see what happens... I'll keep you posted.
