Evo X and family (List all the Mitsubishis you've owned)
My passion for Mitsubishi's started with the EVO thanks to Microsoft (laughs)... After playing Ralli Sport Challenge for the original Xbox "way back in the day", I decided I had to have one. To make a long story short I've purchased three Lancers (OZ, GTS, GSR); however my fever continued on into Mitsubishi's vehicle line up. I now have three Mitsubishi's parked in my garage and have had zero issues with either of the three (rather than my aero kit). The Mighty Max is now known as the Triton and is only sold over sea's, I figured some of you guys would get a kick out of this... I was wondering how some of you guys got involved with the EVO and if you've owned any other Mitsubishi products rather than the EVO?

I have owned 2 Evos an 8 and now the 10. Before the evos I had 3 eclipse gsx's and a talon tsi.
I also had an 02 wrx, now my wife has an 04 wrx wagon.
What can I say I love turbo awd cars.

Yeah I can see you have a love for turbos and AWD's! Although all my cars aren't turbo'd they all sport AWD and 4WD lol. I own the EVO, my Mom owns the Endeavor and my Dad rocks the Mighty Max! I honestly don't know who pushed Mitsubishi on them (laughs) MUH HAH HAH HAH!

friends of mine have owned: 86 conquest, 95 talon tsi, eclipse gst, and evo 8. i love turbo, i love awd, i knew the evo was for me. mitsubishi as a brand, i have always loved. when i first started getting into cars i thought the eclipse was the coolest car, then the 3000gt vr4 was awesome too. when a friend told me about the evo and how it was coming to the states, i thought it sounded like the coolest car ever.

My first car was a 02 WRX and now I got a Evo X. Than I got a 1991 3000GT SL. The 3000GT was just for goofing off in until I blew the motor. I have plans on getting a new motor and putting a turbo in it. Not sure if I want to keep it after it is running again or sale/trade it.

Indeed, Mitsubishi as a brand has been rather good to me... I don't care what people say, their a reliable form of transportation that knows how to make one heck of a prize fighter (GSX, VR4, Ralliart, EVO and so forth)!

I really got into the Evos after reading about some of the rally tech that was being developed when the 6's were new. I got more into it after spending way too much time at the beginning of college playing the rally maps in gran turismo 3 on the ps2
I got my first lancer es from my internship during last year and a half of college. It was a used fleet car, but was in decent shape and I got a STEAL on it. Then I upgraded to a ralliart about 1 week after landing my first real job. Also got an eclipse gt for the gf at the same time (her first real job, too). She traded up for an endevour after we got big dogs. And finally I just traded the ralliart for an gsr a few months ago.
So thats 5 mitsus I bought in the last 6 years... and not a single one from the same dealership because they all try to screw you at some point. Now THATS karma I'm hoping the one I'm dealing with now is a bit less greedy (so far so good... thank you economic crisis!)

Yeah I really hope Mitsubishi gets back on track with the next Eclipse, either that or bring back the 3000GT VR4... The newest revision of the Eclipse looks rather sharp but it's hardly a performer!
