Anyway to get '10 LCD display in 08?

Sorry if this has been discussed, but my search didn't turn up anything.

Is it possible to get the LCD indash display from the 2010 in the 08s? Im sure the answer is no, but just wondering if anyone gave it a shot.

There's a topic on this already.

The end of the thread was: "It probably could be done, but it would cost a whole lot"

I called up Sport Mitsubishi and asked them to look into it. They are gonna see if they have a way of doing it and the cost. I guess some mitsu rep is going to be there thursday.

It is VERY possible. A reliable source at Mitsu has told me its a plug and play solution. Im currently trying to get a unit but they arent cheap. The only issue is that if you buy a new one the odometer will be at zero. Or its a good thing if you look at it the other way.

Other than you'd be misrepresenting your mileage which is against the law. You'd have to get some type of odometer verification...
