Just had a quick question. I just picked up a 08 X about a month ago. The car had a ARC FMIC,HKS I/C piping, and a HKS intake. I just added a Catted invidia dp and a invidia n1. The car is not tuned but I'm only getting about 15 PSI's and it's tapering to about 13 PSI's.
I was having erratic boost spikes due to one of the vacuum hoses falling apart. I just wanted to get an idea of what other X owners are boosting with similar mods. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Haha thanks. Before the dp and exhaust it was boosting between 16-19 psi but that was with a messed up vacuum hose. I am just confused because my old IX with just a HKS intake and it was boosting more. I'll have to have my mechanic check it out for me.
The term is Pounds Per Square Inch, so pounds is already plural. Typically whens speaking about boost you would ask how much pressure most people will understand what you are talking about.
chill out guys. this forum has a pretty active NA lancer section and a lot of guys start there.
Check your wastegate. specifically, check that the actuator is threaded correctly. sounds like you'r running off spring pressure. your boost gauge could also just be broke. get a tactrix and log to see what your ecu's seeing for boost, then check wgdc.

Go to a reputable shop, get your car boost leak tested, and please, I repeat PLEASE, do yourself a HUGE favor and don't mess with the boost...! Leave that to a knowledgeable tuner. Meaning behind that is, get a tune. Modding your Evo X will noticeably throw off your engine's performance due to not being properly tuned.

There are a lot of good people on here but there are always a few bad eggs who have nothing better to than e-jack wagons. Thanks for those who had positive input.
Unless you have manually altered something in it to account for that.
