Megan Racing is a scam

I ordered 2 parts for my car on the 18th of OCT, it is now the November 3rd still no parts.
They confirmed my address twice with both me and my fiancee

I have emailed, called 4-5 times a day for 3 days and got a voicemail saying "Im busy" or in reality just not there.

So basically I have told them they have till 5pm tomorrow EST to credit my money back or sameday air me the parts or I will be calling the BBB and my lawyer.
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY, They have lost all my business and I will be doing my best to make sure others dont get screwed as well.

They are not back ordered and since the dude Jay said "They will be at your door no later than" I am pissed and do not need to chill out about anything, especially when a company took my money, did not ship anything, wont answer phones or emails. I understand SEMA is going on but you took the enitre staff to it? Not likely. Slow is one thing and I can understand that. I have been in the car scene for over 15 years I know the difference between slow and not doing anything at all.

I am a very understanding person and I know s@#t happens but ignoring someone or just not doing what you say you are going to is b.s. I work for/with a small turbo company back home (Whom the owner is at SEMA now) and there is ALWAYS someone to not only answer the phone but that can handle billing and shipping issues. IIRC there have only been a small number of issues (Maybe 10) out of WELL over 10,000 shipments in just the last year alone.

Not sure if they're scamming you. I ordered parts from them, they came pretty quick and look good. Maybe just don't order from them again if you don't want to, but I think going to the local news and such might be a bit much. Either way stay safe over there... You do have my support. Cobb tuning took a long time to get my parts with no mention of a backorder til I called a couple times and they're a great company. I'm not knocking Cobb by saying that, s$!t happens.

Yeah I kinda went a bit far with my rant but I am still never using these dinks again. However if I dont get my money or parts by 5pm EST today I am going to have my lawyer call. I have NEVER had an issue like this buying parts or anything online and I have even ordered parts from Taiwan, China an countries in europe. Pretty sad IMO.

Totally understand. If I had an experience like that I'd probably feel the same way especially if they were slow to get my money back. Like I said before, I respect and support you guys over there... Thanks for fighting for our freedom!

No excuse here. I had to wait 3 months for gauges from Prosport because of the TSUNAMI IN Japan. They kept me updated the whole time.

Megan racing isn't a scam. They don't make the best parts, but they're parts are cheaper than others.. They are, what they are.

The parts are prolly on backorder, and SEMA is like the biggest event all year. You don't think that you would prepare a couple weeks for it? I say just chill out and see what they say.

Just make sure that you don't special order Volks, that 3 month wait would kill you.
