On route to check out a modded X at a dealership...QUICK TIPS?
Did the dealer know to fill the tank with E85? Why listing a OEM head gasket?
I hope it all works well for ya. Looks nice.
If you like the rain guards I would consider the Mitsubishi ones. Cleaner look.

Forgot to mention that it has the SSS package.
I'm do exhausted. Buying a car sucks! I talked them down to 24,8 though, so it was definitely worth it. Not sure I could find a quality modded IX with these miles for that price...

Evidently the guy traded it for a brand new z06. Looks like he didn't spare any expenses with the work he did to it.
Cool thing is that it has everything I would have done to it. All it needs is a tune, wheels, and a drop.
I was going to give some advice, but I see you already got it! Congrats
But I suppose it might not hurt for others looking at modded Evos.
1) DON'T pay more because the car is modded. We sure as hell didn't. In fact, we may have even told the seller it's worth less than a stock one.
Most people looking to buy an Evo from a dealership want theirs stock so they can mod it on their own. It's pretty rare you'll fine a used Evo modded exactly the way you would want it done.
2) You will NEVER get a warranty on a modded car.
If you get a used Evo from a Mitsubishi dealer and it's still under the manufacturer warranty, you might still be able to get that on a stock Evo. If you get a warranty on a used car which you purchased at the dealership, it's NOT the dealer who is actually warrantying the car!** It's a 3rd party vendor who will be paying the bill for any warranty claims. However, those 3rd party companies don't do modded cars.
**Some dealers will warranty a used car for a short period of time like 3 months/3000 miles. But that generally is just a service the dealer provides at no cost to the customer. It's not the same as buying a warranty.
