Evo X AYC service required

I did my rotors replacement today, when I was pulling out of the shop, I randomly got the S-AWC Service Required light. While the light is on, I cannot switch between Tarmac/Gravel/Snow. Btw it will turn off after 5 secs. And maybe get the light again in 1 min later. What the hell is going on ?

Please Help

ACD/AYC pump probably needs a rebuild.

If they removed the lines then chances are they didn't purge the system. Check the reservoir in your trunk to make sure you have enough fluid in there first.

AYC pumps can cost between $1500-2000.

I have enough fluid. I drove 50 mileages today. the lights on several time, but it turns off after 5sec. Should I ignore it, or go to the dealership. I spent many money on this car already.

I would take it to the dealership and have them look at it. Chances are when you got the clutch done they didn't bleed the pump.

Maybe they forgot to plug in one of the wheel speed sensors, or maybe they damaged one of them.
Either way, you need to get your codes read.

Read the first post, peeps. The thread-starter was messing with his brakes.

When you knock out the S-AWC for some reasons (maybe including wheel-speed sensors), the warning is momentary. When you knock out the S-AWC for other reasons (such as a dead pump), only holding the Info button down for three seconds will make the warning go away. That your warning is brief is one reason why we know it isn't your pump. Another reason is that replacing rotors won't kill your pump unless you replace brakes in a very strange way, such as working down from inside the trunk.

Also, the advice to get the codes read is what I would follow. My money is on a C101x code, because I also suspect a wheel-speed sensor. Ham-fisted folks can damage these when swapping rotors.

I went to dealer today and they said it would be fine. If the light stays on, then will have a problem.

I went to the shop too. And they said maybe too many bubbles in it.

Idk. Hope everything will be fine.

Thanks
