Evo X DLC connector does not have 12v on pin 16
Hi. I can't get any scan tool to connect to my car, and have realized that the 12v on pin 16 is not there.
The car is a JDM spec 2008 with no mods I am aware of.
No fuses are blown. Any one else had this issue? What to do?

I'm not sure if the USDM and JDM diagnostic ports are powered by the same fuse, but the USDMs get their power feed from Fuse 5 behind the left side of the dash. It's a 10A fuse. If that's fine then you have an open somewhere in that wire.
