Shaft play or belt etc?

So I'm hearing this sound randomly. It's like spinning metal but faint. It's not the belt. I turned off the AC and it's still there randomly. Maybe the alternator, the turbo shaft play.

No video and I can't find a good one in the internet too.

Car is 45k 2008 garage queen. Not racing at all.

I'm will do an oil change and will let Cobb check it. I heard the turbo is 5years/50k miles only. I know I have the extended warranty. My car is Protune by Cobb with very minimal mods.

Almost like this when he spin it.

99% identical hopefully it's just the belt and not the turbo. I think I will do the recall for that belt/pulley. But mine is not continuous like that.

Doesn't sound like its from the engine internally,
I would say maybe a pulley bearing may have gone bad. I would probably take the ACC belt off
and try to spin all the pullies by hand, or move it side to side to see if there is any play.

Actually the belt in new OEM(maybe 4k miles) and two gates pulley. The tensioner is still the original.

I would personally start there. It seems like a bearing in one of the pullies,
sometimes what happens is under installation a small washer is left out
the pulley then has play back and forth, it happened to me on a different car.
