Gauging Interest for Cast Aluminum Evo X Oil Pan

UPDATE: AFTER JUST ONE NIGHT OF GAUGING INTEREST WE HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE COMMITTED TO PROCEED WITH PRODUCTION ON THIS OIL PAN. BELOW IS THE PRE-ORDER LINK!

http://www.maperformance.com/product...oductid=140181

We are looking at making a stainless cast oil pan for the EVO X, so I wanted to reach out to you guys to see if you would be interested. We posted on here before and got some interest but we made some final revisions and want to put it in front of the audience again to see if you wanted us to move forward with the project.

It's no shock when I say we do a ton of 4b11T builds, and with each build we sell the customer a brand new OEM oil pan or a Moroso extra capacity pan. When an engine fails, it leaves a LOT of material in the pan and it is almost impossible to get it out. We want to provide a lower cost option over the Moroso, and one that has more features and better build quality over the OEM pan. Here is a quick run down of the features.
-High Quality Cast Aluminum
-Removable Baffle Plates
-1.5 Quart extra oil capacity over factory
-Reusable
-Lifetime Warranty (unless you smash it off a speed bump in your stance-missile)
-$399.99 shipped is the target price
For a comparison on price here is the OEM, and Moroso compared to our target price.
MAP - 399.99
Moroso - 695.00
OEM - 204.00
IF you have any questions, or have any suggestions we are all ears! We want to bring you a new exciting cast product since our Cast EVO X Manifold (http://www.maperformance.com/investm...xhaust-…) really took off (Over 50 already sold thanks to you guys!)
Here are a few pictures for you guys to check out!

**Mods, if this is not in the correct section please feel free to move it where appropriate.

Absolutely, our oil pan will be baffled to help keep oil at the pickup tube at all times. Our main focus was to help guys keep from starving their 4b11T's at the track.

I would move MAP logo to the side, increase fin numbers, add extra holes for additional sensors, make a slight angle toward the oil drain plug, and maybe make the oil drain plug at the bottom instead of the side, just my POV, and perhaps offer a gasket with it, i remember someone posted a gasket that would fit the Evo X oil pan.

Here are a couple of pictures for you all!
**Please note, the billet pan in the pictures is our prototype and not the material being used for the actual pan**

We had to change the old design due to fitment issues. We would have liked to keep the fins, but unfortunately we could not.
The drain plug is located on the lowest point of the side where there will be almost no residual oil left in the pan like there would be in the OEM.
