Good video too.

Since this pan doesn't sit any lower, does that also mean it works with all the OEM undertray panels?

Correct! Compatibility should be kept with this pan.

Correct... nothing really crazy new about what is going on with these. When you cast aluminum and you need it to hold oil, you use a porosity sealer coat... there are a lot of options out there, as you might imagine...but the intent is to make sure that there is no bleed through of any fluids... I believe we used to offer options.. .but decided to make them just the one color moving forward as the coating process has to be done.

is this necessary for stock turbos? or is this more geared toward aftermarket bigger turbos?

I put one of these on with my new motor build.

Fits perfect. No leaks. You do have to trim a very small part of your OEM undertray for the undertray to fit. Doesn't bother me because the pan is so much larger than oem.

Between this pan and the MAP oil cooler, my oil system capacity is now 6.5qts!
