Should I get this Evo?

Hi guy, I posted a similar thread before, but I deceided to not get that one. I saw this one recently local. It's a 2013 GSR 47000miles with following mods:

AEM Cold air intake with K & N Cone filter
UR Long tube Downpipe
BC racing Adjustable Coilovers
ETS Resonated test pipe
Custom Catback exhaust with titanium tips
Cobb Accessport with pro tune by Advanced power house.( 361 HP 367 TQ) 2 tunes only for 94 octane one for 91 octane
Grimmspeed Electronic boost controller
UR Upper intercooler piping
TS short throw shifter
COBB turbo inlet pipe
AEM UEGO afr Gauge and wideband sensor
Driver Fab Handmade catch can
Upgraded OEM metal clutch master cylinder
Stage 2 cutch

basically all bolt-ons. He will also include all the stock parts. He is asking around 24k USD for it. Is it worth for the price? The owner said the car has clean history and had no issues whatsoever. Reason why he is selling seems legit. He is having baby and needs something more practical.Thank you so much for the help!

It's all about the tune. Does he have a dyno and who did the work? Past that I'd get a compression and leakdown test and decide then.

definitely wanna do a compression check, does he have a roll center kit or just coilovers?. Other than that its not a bad deal imo.

Seems like a good deal but why the accessport? Kind of senseless in these cars. Other then that sounds legit.

Sounds like a good deal as long as there isn't any hidden issues.

I'd say bring a mechanic friend with you to give the car a one over. And both of you go for a test drive.
