Recently bought an Evo X, first mods??
Hello everyone! Recently bought a 2012 Evo X MR w/ 36,XXX miles in white! I'm new to this platform and I'm excited to start building this car. The car is 100% stock and I have a few ideas in mind but I would still like to get other people's opinions on what are good first mods. It can be performance or aesthetic mods. Any ideas are welcome, Thanks guys!!

4. Ziebart undercoating (especially the AYC pump area)
5. Replace rubber fuel pressure regulator (FPR) hose with a silicon hose, and tighten 2 ends with straps

Bought the car from a different dealership. Also after driving the car, im hearing a creaking noise coming from the front axle of my car. Went to the dealership i bought the car from and they took off the wheels, saw and heard nothing, and also test drove it and heard nothing. but every time i drive it i hear it. only when im driving slow and turning. Any thoughts on what it could be?

Try tightening the bolts that connect the front suspension struts bracing bar to the bulkhead.
They may be only slightly loose and not obvious at all.
Worked for me.

If keeping the car stock for a while: driver mod
If modding for performance: short shifter, shifter bushings, angine/tranny oil change, test pipe, intake, EBCS and tune
If modding for looks: springs, wheel spacers, mud flaps, hood struts, window vents, rims

First I would change the the transfer case and diff fluid if you don't know when it was last done.
Intake, full exhaust, and tune for power to start off. Then coilovers and a rear sway bar for handling. Also, get good tires and brake pads when you replace them. No point in spending thousands on upgrades if you have crappy tires/brakes.
For looks do whatever you like; wheels would be where I'd start.
