Do not run the redline cocktail. Run straight Redline MT85.

I would give the Redline mix a shot if you are not currently using it. Never had the issue with my Evo but Redline MT90 cured the grind on one of my 350z's synchros.

The OEM spec diaqueen for the X, as well as redline MTL fluid, is a GL3 rated fluid. GL3 rated fluid is one of those "good enough" fluids that is more focused on increased fuel economy/efficiency with a low viscosity, and fewer EP additives. When you start increasing power, or drive the car outside of the manufacturer's intentions (driving it no like a camry), the GL3 will start to show its short comings. MT85 or MT90 depending on power level and use are the recommended fluids if you talk to TRE. Also, every X I've worked on shifts better on straight MT85 or MT90.

Sorry, I wasn't specific of what mix I use. I went to my garage after reading this and I checked my empty bottles that I haven't tossed from a few months ago.
I use 2 quarts of MT-85 and the last half quart or so I fill with MT-90. That's the mix I use.
