What about this X '08 model with HKS addons?

Hi all,
I’ve spoted a Evo X (2008) US spec for sale here in Europe.

The car has the following upgrades.

Are these a complete HKS upgrade pack?Is it something that does not add up with the rest?
What I am looking for here is an upgrade that isn’t performing up to par or might create problems to the car in general.
