New to the Evo world!

Hello everyone,

I just bought a 2014 Evo X GSR on Valentine’s Day and am looking forward to getting to know more about the platform. I went from driving a Cobalt SS to an Evo and I have not looked back at all lol. I bought my Evo from a dealership in NC and have pieced together some mods that were visible to me that the previous owner had done. The car has only had 2 owners and has been in NC the whole time. If anyone recognizes this car please let me know! I would love to find out more.

Here are the mods I have found as of now:
*Grimm Speed 3 port boost solenoid
*Still has stock turbo
*Tial Q3 blowoff valve
*CBRD FMIC
*CBRD Intake
*Tomei expreme ti titanium catback exhaust
*Im almost 100% sure it was pro tuned just not sure by who

Thanks everyone! Thanks for pointing that out for me! That was another thing I was unsure about.

Congrats on the purchase and welcome!

Looks like it has quality parts and lowered suspension is a non issue. Enjoy!

CBRD stuff is top notch - looks like a well taken care of car.

Which part of NC are you at?

Sweet ride. Congrats. Some damn good quality parts. If you take it in a garage and on a lift, take a look at what suspension you’re running. Looks like a subtle drop. Which I think looks perfect.

Thanks! I’ll definitely keep that in mind I’m hoping the previous owner bought quality suspension as well.

You should be able to tell what type it is by just looking at the top hats.
