Installing cams and valvesprings.

So I just picked up some used kelford 214-c cams and the matching kelford kvs11 springs. After researching I know that the springs does not include retainers. My question is does anyone has first hand experience with kelford and would it be advised to switch to possibly gsc beehives or should the kelford springs be ok to run with the stock retainers.

Also was wondering if I should change the timing chain and upgrade headstud while I'm at it. If upgraded headstud which one should I run. The car is stock block w/ fbo, running a boostlab 20g billet wheel with the 9 blade turbine upgrade. Tuned on tephra xmod v3 flex fuel. Oh and have 107k miles.

Also have 1200cc injectors with dw65c. Was thinking about upgrading to walbaro 450. Should I ?
