back in 2012 I picked up a 2011 evo with 6k miles for 30,500. I sold that in 2015 and picked up a 2010 gtr, I recently just sold it and I'm looking to get back into the Evo game. Looking around my area and saw a 2015 with 8k miles for $32,000. Wherent these $35000 max brand new? What's going on with these prices

coming from a gtr I'm not complaining about the dollar amount, just wanted more info on the prices staying up there.

With the discontinuation I suppose there could be an increase of scarcity of supply vs demand. The supply of Evo's is now declining as they age out and no new ones are built. I think due to this the newer ones will depreciate slower over time, especially if it becomes a "classic". People like us will always want some sort of raw high performance awd car and there just aren't a lot of options out there. GTRs are still priced out of many's budgets and the STi just isn't the same.

I've noticed the same thing happening with Vipers. Used to be you could find a 2nd gen GTS in the low $30k's or even a 3rd gen in the $30k's. All old Viper prices seem to be on the rise since they ended production.
