No, when tuned by Kozmic Motorsports with that set of mods, they included a fuel pump because they felt the stock one runs a bit leaner than ideal when properly tuning for those parts. I just trusted them, and most do end up adding a fuel pump when adding more power. Perhaps they wanted a larger safety margin, I was ok with it based on their expertise and reasoning. Good luck and enjoy whatever parts you go with!

 

Def not the case with stock turbo on pump gas. AMS proved that like 12 years ago. Literally never seen anything like that in all of my tuning. I think they might have asked you to upgrade it knowing where modding leads you.

Im not sure about this but I think this will get you to 350hp

intake
3port ebcs
upper intercooler pipe

I currently have a test pipe, tomei catback and ets intake. planning to get the ets open dump, grimmspeed bcs, and the upper intercooler pipe.
then get a tune. if anyone knows if what Im thinking is right or wrong, let me know. lmao I also want to go to 350whp for now, then aesthetics, then suspension and back to power. final goal is at least 500-600.

That wont get you to 350 in California. Your 91 isn't good enough. If you had 93 it would get around 350-360 with a proper tune.
my guess you'll get around 320. Maybe a bit more.
