Probably getting an Evo X, best way to get to the high 12's?
I remember watching the video that Vishnu Performance has the piggy back ECU with a cat-back system and they were running like a 12.7... does that sound right? I read that they aren't doing the piggy back system anymore and are just doing mail in reflashes that they claim work out some of the quirks, but either way.. would those 2 things alone do it?

no I think if you get ecuteck flash, that would be the only one you would need. So I don't think you need to worry about mitsu's updated version after it.

I went 12.3@110 with just an Ecutek tune from Sean Ivey. Since you are in Maryland i suggest that you pay him a visit.

A few basic bolt-on mods and a decent driver will get any Evo easily into the 12's.
