mine works perfectly :) I love it , specially the direct and precise shifting it provides. Makes a very obvious shift and there for easier racing for me. Great stuff!

Mine works well now that it's been installed properly. lol. My installer installed a spring upside down and it was weird at first.

Edit: This is my first post? Really? Wow, I lurk way too much without talking on this forum. rofl

Bought the full cage shifter and weighted knob. Everything works perfect!
