Strange Knocking Noise from Driver's Side Wheel
 

So yesterday as I drove off in the morning, I noticed a weird knocking or loud clicking noise coming from the driver's side wheel well. Specifically it sounds like it is internally between the steering wheel to the wheel well. It only starts to make noise at 20+ mph and increases in intensity and volume as the speed increases. My car has Tein springs so I'm thinking they might be the cause but it sounds like something flapping. Best thing to compare it to would be the wheel of fortune spinning lol.

Has anyone had this same problem? Thanks for any info.
