How do you reset the driver's window?
My driver's window is messed up, the auto roll up/down doesn't work and the window stops 3 times when I roll it up. I have to let go of the stitch and pull it up again to get it all the way up.
I've tried a ****load of times/ways to reset it but I can't get it to work. I've read that you need to roll the window down and hold the switch for a few seconds, then roll it up without stopping and do the same. The problem with this is the window stops 1/3rd of the way up every time. I've also tried it the opposite way, starting at the top, and that doesn't work either. Am i just doing it wrong? |
roll & hold the window button until the window rolls all the way down and keep holding the button for about 10 seconds or until you hear a click, then repeat the process when rolling the window all the way up and hold the button for ten seconds or until you hear a click, then release. This should fix the problem with the short-stroke of your window.
