Purchased DVD In-Motion, but it isn't working properly
 

I know there are a hundred links on the site for DVD In-Motion. However, I wanted to know if there is anyone out there to support it anymore. I purchased the program from the http://navhack.org/ site, and everything went smoothly. I downloaded the file, converted it, and loaded it onto a disk. I put the disk in, and the program appeared to install properly, even displaying the NavHack logo. However, upon starting the car up, nothing changed. The screen still goes black when I hit 10mph or whatever the indicator speed is, and I get the error that says cannot be displayed while driving. I have attempted to contact the site via email several times, and have gotten no response. Does anyone have any advice or ideas?
