Help! Need some buying advice

Sup guys,

I've been looking for an evo for quite some time now and I came across one on craigslist. The Evo looks really clean inside and out..my only real concern is it has a "rebuilt" title.. I'm here because I don't know anything about how "trustworthy" a rebuilt title can be. I was reading in order to get a rebuilt title is has to be inspected for damage/flaws that can be deemed unsafe.

How reliable are these inspections? Have any of you guys ever seen the process or actually own a car that has a rebuilt title? Is it worth the risk?

Here is the posting
http://monterey.craigslist.org/cto/5561811654.html

I plan on using this Evo (if I end up buying it) as a daily, nothing more.

I'd really like some advice on..

The posting - Is it even worth looking at?
The risk - You guys thinks it going to become a beater in a year or two?
Experiences - Any experience in buying a rebuilt title vehicle?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks!

Pass. Its 8 years old, with nearly 40k miles asking $21k. It better be a ton cheaper for you to even consider it. Rebuilt Title means a nightmare when you decide to sell it.

There are clean title examples for almost the same price. HELL NO.
