Though Tommi Makinen is a legend when it comes to WRC, he wasn't always driving an Evo. He started off driving a Lancia Delta, and won his first WRC in a Ford Cosworth.

From 1996 - 2001, he dominated WRC in the Evo III - Evo VI.V. In 2002, he swapped over to race for Subaru and won his last WRC in an Impreza WRC2001.

He's now retired, and has a driving school in Finland I think it is. And what cars does he have there? Those 'blue things'! ****
