Sst guru's i need your help!
 

So ive got an evo x fq300 sst with a few bolt ons , since having the car i noticed when cold and cruising around 2000rpm the revs bounce up and down maybe 200rpm only in 1st 3rd and 5th ,i changed the oil and filter with diaqueen sttf - no different, i took my car to a specialist garage 3 hours away and they diagnosed it being the box , so got the sst box rebuilt with new clutches seals oils updated software ect. - no different , they then said it must be the map , so had it mapped by them - no different , whilst the car was with them i had uprated timing chain and full service

Im really loosing the will to live with it ,any form of help will be highly apprieciated! If anyone local to west midlands has evoscan so i can log the pressures myself make yourself known more than happy to pay for your time

Info about the fault:
Only happens in normal and sport
Only happens when cold , once the engines upto temp the faults none existant
Only happens in 1st 3rd and 5th when maintaining a constant speed around 2000rpm , i can accelerate very lightly through the rev range it will happen , if i accelerate lightly through the rev range it doesnt happen
When changing from even to odd gear the clutch slips up the revs before grabbing properly, again this only happens when cold when the revs bounce

I'd contact Kozmic Motorsports for their input they are very good with the SST.

have you done a transmission "Teach in"?
