very nice writeup, any visual difference with the ssk besides the slightly shifted shift knob? definately one of the first mods to get when i get an x {thumbup}

It's def' looks shorter...looks more like just knob and boot now. My next mod would be a heavier shift knob hehe to help with leverage

where'd you purchase the short shifter? what site did you go to?

any appreciable difference anywher other than the throw from 4th to 5th

this site doesnt work any help would be appreciated ...my works didnt come with ANYTHING ...a little stuck here

Sent you a PM with the correct link. I checked and confirmed it loads. Good luck, other than the bushings, the shifter install in straight forward.

by the way my short throw came with a black top on it that doesnt even fit the pins that go through it and they didnt send me push pin clips.. is this normal
