Instrument cluster removal

My Rev-counter has stopped working, does anyone know how to remove the instrument cluster without damaging the dashboard? Such as where screws are located, popping the plastic panels out etc.

search on youtube. Plenty of guys removing it for cluster upgrades or pod installs
