i did it myself, after having a couple of shops here in nyc say its not worth their time, i decided to do it myself. Took about 6-7 hours from beginning to end but i was very careful. the only problem i have with it is that it wrinkles up at the sides. i also missed a few threads randomly. but its pretty good quality and it turned out pretty nice.

 

Did this go on top of the old leather or do you cut and peel it off?

 

i figured i would put it over the leather and maybe make it a little bit thicker. Also i can always go back to the stock leather now if i have to for whatever reason.

 

I ordered one made from perforated leather...should be here in the next few days...I plan on doing it myself as well..hopefully its a pretty painless process

Not sure if anyone has identified the gauge pods Inphluence used to mount on his A pillar yet or not. Anyone recognize these?
