Along with the drivers side Knee SRS air bag.

That sucks man!!! I hope the car gets fixed and heals fast. I would get a lawyer and that would really be the only money you lose. You shouldn't lose money on the accident. You will also probably pay a high insurance premium. Hope everything gets better man!!!

Handicapped people can't drive? Where the **** did that thought come from? You can get a handicap tag for A LOT of things. And even then, it looks to me like even if you were a vegetable "driving" this car, the accident would've happened the same way as if you were a professional driver. Don't knock someone for being handicap and driving unless you know enough to know they shouldn't be driving. Clearly they are fine to drive if the state gave them a plate

Anyway, doesn't look too horrible, are they totalling it (did I miss that in the op)? You'll be alright, though it is super lame the cop gave you a ticket for following too close. I just got my car back from a guy backing into me from his driveway while I was stopped at a light. Sucks, but, as long as you don't have to pay for it and there wasn't any frame damage, you'll be good soon enough!

You've got to be kidding me! The guy knocks you into a car with such force that your airbags go off..what do they expect you to do, trail the car in front of you by 50 feet?
