My gauge layout is customized to work with Evoscan ECU "mode23 usdm evo" (you gotta have a mode23 enabled ROM to make it work).

Here are the files you need:

It is, if your headunit runs Evoscan and you have the tactrix adapter/cable hooked up to it.

^ Thanks, it's an inexpensive, non-handyman's setup. I had that netbook laying around since my wife has upgraded to a faster model, so I thought... might as well put it to work LOL. Bought the stand, installed it (painstakingly, cuz I'm no good with this type of thing), and got everything working.

It's nice to know what's going on with the car's ECU and sensors all the time, it may not have the resolution/smoothness of real gauges, but at least I'm getting all kinds of info from the ECU's perspective, so I would immediately know if something is wrong.

Before, I'd get paranoid when driving the car hard after tweaking with the stock maps/tune... is it knocking? etc. Now it's just a quick look at the screen and I see what's going on.
