Talking pic request: evo x with rack and kayak
i've got a thule rack on my x and planing on buying a kayak soon and would like to see how the x would look like with kayak on top

nope an evo with racks is just as stupid as an evo with a tow bar!!! Towing and Carting crap on a roof is what a V8's good for and thats it!!!

wow..what a strong opinion.. I think as an AWD vehicle this car should be hauling my mountain bikes, kayaks and snowboards and when I get them off the car I can have fun on my AWD get it dirty, all around car.. this is what my evo is for..and I wouldn't mind a tow hook up front since I did get stuck at the beach playing on the sand.. its not to look pretty in my garage and drive fast on the roads.

AWD = why not have that stuff? Maybe lamborghini's are a little bit extreme for that, but an evo with a rack looks badass!

Agreed.

Thanks for the pic. Any more with a bike on it? (Not wanting to put my rack on the trunk. Wingless or not, I'd prefer to not get scratches all over the trunk lid.)

Yes that is my Evo before it was lowered, rims and APR wing...

I will continue to take my ride to the snow this coming winter. No bike rack on mine, set up full time for snow...

Aha, I see. The snow rack would be kinda pointless for me, not much call for skiing/boarding in Kansas.
