So friday night at 8pm im so bored i decide to take my front bumper off pull out my headlights, bake em, and plastidip the housings and amber lenses!!! Finished up about 2:15am. Well worth it!! Also i painted my middle hood scoop black! The lights look sick since i pulled the fuse to my drls... Any feed back is great! Enjoy!!!

 

how long did you bake em for? did you also tint the lens? look like you did. also looks like your light output went down a fck load

 

Baked them at 200d for 25mins. Lenses are not tinted. I have the projector lights so i lost no light at all...my hids are bright as they were before, and they are not on in any of the pics, thats the flash from my camera!

 

 

nice work man, recently did the exact same mod to my IX including ditching the DRLs, i really wanna see yours with the HID on though...
