i figured this should go here, i have a constant problem..my custom license plates keep getting discolored from my exhaust, the soot and black mess from my exhaust is starting to discolor my license plate and it seems ive tried a few different approaches with no success. any ideas? not running cats so i get ALOT of ash

 

Mr. Clean magic eraser, you can also use it to clean your exhaust tips. That is what I use to clean my plate and exhaust tips and they come out looking new.
