so it was ridiculously windy all day yesterday in sunny las vegas. im leaving the liquor store and as i turn the car on i look at my side view mirror and notice a shopping cart coming high speed at my bumper... all i could do was watch it hahah it was one of those slow motion NOOOO moments. the fortunate thing is that it didn't dent my car, i'm sure it'll buff out. but my drivers side reflector on the rear bumper got cracked sucks how it doesn't matter how careful you are. **** happens haha. but i was wondering if i could replace those reflectors without taking the rear bumper off.

 

You might could buy CF replacements for them.. I think it just goes over the pieces.

yea i saw CF replacements on lancershop.. but do they actually mount behind the rear bumper or are they 3M stick? i'm at work right now so i'll take pics afterwards.. hopefully i won't have to buff it.. gonna work on it this weekend and try to rub it out first before buffing.

 

On the first day I got my evo I went to a store and parked in the back of the parking lot. I came out and there was a shopping cart up against my car. It left two big scratches on the left of the rear bumper.

 

I have the rexpeed cf reflector replacements and you DO have to take the bumper off. They screw in like the stockers. They look really good though.

so the following sunday, i go back to that same liquor store. i walk out to my car.. someone attacked my car with a door, dented my rear passenger door and the fender someone out there hates me.

 

That's better than shopping carts.
