Hey guys i need feedback on this idea.
I'm a mechanical engineer as well as an Evo X owner. I am in the process of designing and making a custom intake shield. The object is to design something with a unique look as well as improves air flow. So essentially it will be a better look then the others.
I plan on posting some pictures after I have completed a few.
I just want to know if y'all think it's a good idea and would you buy it?
After it catches on I could design anything you want to have on the shield. I think it is a great idea and nobody else is selling this. Which is what gave me the idea. Please give me feed back! I'm open to all ideas.

im down, im working on the same thing and curious to see your plans. if you want to pm me i have some ideas also. maybe we can collaborate and make one sick heat shield. i also want a factory exhaust manifold heat shield. everyone wants it out of titanium $$$

I have a K&N Typhoon on my car now because I'm sponsored by them, but I had an AEM on the car when I bought it so I've thought of trying to fit the AEM box on to the Typhoon (since I prefer the one-piece aluminum turbo inlet of the K&N). I see no reason why it shouldn't work.
