I think thats a Evo X rs from japan. They don't come with Brembo's. That more then likely is just a Ralliart stencil

i'm thinking you are wrong. Resembles the car that Mitsu built to prerun the rally course... only thing its missing is the lights on the top.

you will not be able to fit 16s without changing the brakes... can't even fit 17s
