Bumping this again to give more fitment info.
NT03+M in 18x10.5 +30 with a Nitto NT01 275/35/18 tire does NOT FIT with even a +5MM spacer in front with coilovers. The wheel itself fits but the tire does not. The tire will hit the spring perch.
Will need +10mm spacer at least in front. Rear is fine as far as tire to strut clearance. Fenders need to be rolled in rear only.
Good news is that they clear the front brembos no problem, even without a spacer:
Spring perch hitting tire even with +5mm spacer, 6" spring on Apexi ExV coilovers, OEM lower camber bolt at max positive camber setting:

Wow, thanks for the post. Those are some nice tires. I had to look up the specs, they're 25.55 in diameter, and 10.91 in overall width. Given the coilovers, this a good frame of reference, thanks!

Just an info to share, I'm on Fa500 coilovers and running the same set up, clear everything and no spacer needed, it's kind of hit or miss on what suspension and it hits the perch.

Right, same as me.
Check my update. With ohlins and slightly higher ride height I had clearance with zero spacers, but a bit too close for my liking. With 5mm and 12mm I have tons of space now:
