Fair enough - and to Iowa's point, I'll save my style comments for a PM. As for the wider wheels. I suppose I can't help but have found the 295 width on a 10.5 to be optimum for the race car. We are 8:1 at 3050lbs class limited, so while a bigger tire would provide greater grip the give up is too large on corner exit acceleration and top speed given the current hp/tq.

Note to self: go and do some more gardening in the area with all the poison ivy, in case this turns into a group hug

Wouldn't it be amusing if the only reason that you and I are agreeing about this (which is a first for us in this thread) is that we both believe that spdfour is calling the other one of us a "tool"?

Guy, you drive a little turbo lancer. It be very stupid to put such wide tires on the car. Not only will it looks stupid, you will be made fun of.

zombie thread

2015 Lancer RA
275/30r18 toyo rr
soon to be 315s
front fenders are VF +15mm

335s would be a huge challenge to make look Good in my opinion on a RA.. although the stickiness would be nice
on an EVO alot of research I think might be able to flush them with the camber and some pulling

What's the plan for fitting 315's in the rear? Which 315's?
