issues after new tires/rims and alignment

This weekend I had my 18x10.5 +15 Rims put on with some 275/35/18 tires. Was running 18x9.75 with stock advanced before. Car is lowered on h&r springs. I went and got an alignment and now I notice when I get on it the car will pull to the left pretty hard and when I let off it feels as if it pulls back to the right. Even with normal driving if I let go of steering wheel it pulls to the left slightly. Before I got all this done the car did not do this. The car feels loose if that makes any sense. Alignment guy said all he could do is adjust the front toe so that is all what he did supposedly. Here is the print out they gave me.

Camber adjustments are made at the upper strut bolt, go make them do the alignment again or get your money back and go to a shop that doesn't keep idiots on the payroll.

Go get your money back. The rear of the Evo X is fully adjustable just like the 8/9. The front camber is off because the upper bolts where the struts bolt to spindle aren't oriented the same (they can be turned 180*, 2 positions, in the slotted hole to provide about 1* of camber adjustment)

Also, request zero toe front and rear.

Search and ye shall find:

Key point is the bolt is a remove, turn and replace. Do not just loosen and turn the bolt in place.

I bet you the alignment shop tries to turn the bolt in strut and breaks his bolt.
