Also, in New Jersey and considering Ohlins for a street car. Was wondering if its overkill to get a custom adjusted set (such as Muellerized) or would the Ohlins out of the box and a competent non-evo shop installing, corner balancing, etc. be sufficient?

I'm fairly tolerant of a harsh ride (stock evo 8 suspension doesn't bother me a bit) and would like more agility, less understeer, etc. on mountain roads.

Order the standard setup, and flip the springs front to rear, you'll be pretty happy with that.
