Hey all, I spoke with the guys over at Essex and they were willing to make a radi-cal kit for the Evo if there were enough people willing to buy. This would be the end all be all for performance on our platform. Im in, if there is anyone 110% interested please post so we can see if there is enough interest to make a kit for our cars.

Nice. It's all about the price though. See, the problem is the stock calipers with good two piece floating rotors (Girodisc) and racing pads and you have a pretty darn good set up. As good as a set of AP? No, but not far enough to warrant the price of a full set of custom AP calipers and rotors. If I recall, it's going to be $5-7K for the fronts... not pin money. If that's wrong and it's cost effective I'm so in.

Well, based on some other kits I'm seeing online, it looks like it should be around $4k which still isn't cheap. Factor in that these don't have dust seals which makes them somewhat unsuitable for a daily driver and getting enough people on board might be tough.
