Where to buy rubber inspection grommet

Where to buy rubber inspection grommet
Hey my first post on here been searching for awhile for the answer to no avail.
About a month ago I bought my 2014 Evo x GSR a car that i have wanted since 1999 when i lived in England but then it was a Evo 6 love the car.
Any way i replaced the rear discs because who ever had it before put rusty steel ones on that looked awful,i noticed that the little grommet that covers up the parking brake adjustment hole on the rear is missing i have been trying to find that part every where looked up the part number but nothing showed up.
Any help in finding this part would be greatly appreciated. trying to avoid going to the dealer ship as i am far away for them and i don't have much time
