Vibration after swapping over to summers

Quick troubleshooting help please.

I swapped my summers on from my winters. No vibrations at all when my winters were on. Get them swapped over to summers which have never been driven on. I get a vibration when the car has sat over night, it seems to go away when i drive around for a bit but is really annoying when you first start driving. I went and had them checked at a tire shop for balance and they were all bang on.

There are wheel spacers as well that werent removed when summers were put on.

What do you think it could be? Tires themselves?

Could be the tires themselves.

What tires are they? Sounds like they are flat spotting, then go round once they warm up a bit. Are your tire pressures correct?

absolutely flat spots on the tires, summer tires are made of a softer compound rubber and when they sit overnight and it cools down a little when you drive first thing in the am they are gonna suck till they warm up a little, this is totally normal, annoying but normal, my tires flat spot even when the temp is in the 60's

When I took out my summers from the garage, they had indentations in the rubber from the concrete spot they were sitting. They were fine on the car.

I have that nice sandpaper blasting sound in my car as it kicks up debris onto my car now.
