Tire size question

I am getting some 245/45/17 tires for my stock wheels and wanna make sure they will not rub. I do not think I will have any problems, but I wanna be certain. So, will they rub on the w/stock 17x8 wheels?

thanks in advance

This is the Evo X forum, but I don't think you're referring to an X. If so, 17" wheels won't fit.

245/45/17 will fit with no rub they are like .5" taller than stock but wont really affect anything... I think you should do 255/40/17 tho its the closer to the same size as stock height and wider and no rubbing
