Great set up those Vorshlag plate will really give you the edge over the OEM top mount especially when getting your alignment for Auto-x or track.

If I remember GTWorx had the shock dyno results for those and was very pleased with the results.

Anyone one here know firsthand how these Eibach's compare to Robispec KW V3's?

The Eibach's JUST came out, so you're not going to find a first hand experience comparing the two.

Judging by the spring rates and the valving, standard KW's are a little more aggressive. Both should handle and ride well...they're both quality coilovers. KW's would just be a little stiffer.

If they had equal spring rates, not sure which I'd choose. I do really like the valving on the Eibachs. I have not seen a shock dyno of Robi's stuff though.

Please give us a call if you need a little more help setting up the dampers.

I gotta say I was really impressed with the quality of the hardware on these things. Great quality springs, spring perches, etc. Really looking forward to hearing what you think when you put them on.

The shock dyno plots were AWESOME so i'm sure they'll ride and perform very well.

How would you compare these coilovers compared to KW V3's as far as quality goes?

Pretty much....feel similar actually but they're not. Both are nice in terms of build quality.

sorry i didn't take any photos without the plates but luckily GTWORX did. as you can see you don't have any and you would have to use your stock ones.

gotrnet, how is the Eibach R2 suspension holding up? Still happy with it, or wishing you went another direction? Any squeaks comming out of your suspension since your not using stock rubber bushings?

the suspension seems to be holding up just fine. it will have its first autox on it this weekend so that should be more telling. i like the eibach, i do think they could have done a few things differently but the product itself is great. i think they should have taken more time to make sure everything fit, as i said in my original post, and the adjustment tool is rather lacking, i just use a shorty screw driver now. there are a few small squeaks but i hardly even notice, but i think the squeaks are the sway bar and not the coilovers. i bent one of the brackets on the swaybar so now there is a little play in it. i will let GTWORX answer the price thing, but they are not necessary unless you want to be able to do more adjustment to the suspension. the stock top hats will work just fine.

If I recall the KW V3s are twin tube shocks. I've had the V3s on my S2000 and they're really nice. However, the Eibach R2s are mono-tube and hand assembled. This means larger piston size and higher heat dissipation. Not to mention Eibach can also rebuild/revalve the dampers in house.
