18 x 10.5 +22 Fitment
Been doing some research. I know i have to roll the rear fenders and run some negative camber both front and rear. Looking to run a 275/35 tire. So is there anything else i'll need to do to make them fit right? Any help is appreciated.

i just installes mine yesterday , i would go with 265s for sure, !! i wasin the same boat as you, 265 are very wide tires and you will be happy,
275s risk hitting the fenders and destroying your innner fender linner,

Why 18x10.5? Because you can on the Evo X, thats why. 275/35s will fit perfectly on 18x10.5
+22 offset will actually fit with minimal prompting. Rear fender roll and some negative camber will make it work. If you want to go really low with minimal camber, you'll have to pull the fenders (which isnt a big deal either)..

I am putting some negative camber in the front on my car tonight because my 10.5's didn't fit with my 275/35 star specs. the star specs run a little wider than other tires of the same size though. It did fit nicely, just couldn't turn enough to drive on it.

Pull in the front and roll or just pull the front and roll the rear?

18x10.5 +30 just barely fits in the rear on the Evo 10.
Here is the rear lower control arm with a 18x10.5 +30 with NO spacers:
Now, tire fitment depends on the tires you use. I am using Nitto NT01 R-compounds that run pretty wide. The rear needs to be rolled. With a 275 normal street tire you could probably get away with a very mild roll. 265 would probably fit no problem but it would be undersized for the wheel.
Here is the rear with the suspension arms at full upward travel (strut is not in the car)
On the front I run the same +30 wheel but depending on how you have your coilovers set ride height wise, you may or may not have to run a spacer. I also have the OEM camber bolts at max positive camber to make as much space as possible between the strut and the tire, and I do all my camber adjustment from the top camber plate.
The tire just barely clears with no spacer with my ohlins and my ride height:
5mm spacer:
12mm spacer:
Here is the car with -3.2 front camber -2.1 rear camber, +30 18x10.5 wheels with no spacers rear, and +12mm spacer front, so basically a +18 front wheel, 275/35/18 NT01 tires
